Always a great experience working with the amazing team at Auto Vision. I have been buying cars from Ali and Fahim for many years. I trust them completely with my auto buying experience. They always insure the process is smooth and effortless.

I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but I have to give credit where it's due. Ali with Auto Vision is a solid 100%. This guy knows his stuff, been in the industry for years and is sincerely trustworthy (I can't say that for any other dealership I've been to, and I've been to many). Ali is the man over there and will handle business and take care of you. He is fair, honest, trustworthy and IF anything isn't to your satisfaction, even after you drive off the lot, this guy RESPONSES to your requests/questions and does it in an orderly fashion. Typical sales people/dealerships will sell you something and you can't get a hold of them to save your life because they just move on to their next customer to sell them something. Ali responded to me on his days off (twice) and hits me back via text message very quickly to address my needs. You won't find his work ethic, sincere honesty and legit solid customer service anywhere else. I drove my car that I was going to trade in from Phoenix to Vegas at 4am. Arrived at Auto Vision around 7:30am. The dealership didn't open for about 1 hour and Ali responded to me while he was still at home with info on good breakfast spots to eat at. He got to the dealership early and was ready to assist me. I was IN and OUT of Auto Vision in less than 2 hours. They definitely treat you like family there and its a non pressure environment. Auto Vision in Las Vegas should be your go to, if you're in the market to buy a car because they deserve your business.

The staff at this Dealership makes you feel comfortable and makes you feel like family they don't force you to make decisions instead they make sure that you are comfortable and feel secure with the vehicle you chose. The Owner Ali personally takes the time to assure that you are satisfied with your purchase and offers extended help if needed much love for this establishment well worth the experience.

We went to Auto Vision just to look for a car. They had a good selection. Little did we know, Ali (Manager) was our manager when he was at another car dealership. He still treated us like family and gave us a good deal. Douglas, the salesperson wasn't pushy like some car dealerships. He allowed us to look at cars and didn't "pester" us. Good place to buy cars. Auto Vision has been amazing from beginning to end. They worked effortlessly to get us the car we wanted and although it took a while (not their fault at all), we were still able to drive out with exactly what we wanted. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and were very pleasant with us the entire time as well. They were understanding of our situation (the reason it took so long), but made it all worth it. Thank you guys for everything!

5/6/24 was the best day of our life. We pulled in at Auto vision the first person that we met was Lupe who was Our Salesman. We talk with Lupe he got our information passed it along to Ali and all I can say is that it felt like we were apart of their family it was a great connection from when we entered. Gab took over and made it happen. Bella was amazing as well. Thumbs up to Auto vision Lupe you are the absolute best. You guys have a great business.

I had an easy, haggle free experience with Autovision. I usually dread dealerships, but they were open and explained everything and really felt like they had my best interest in mind. It’s not something you usually see from big corporation dealerships and I’d recommend it to anyone. Especially as a first time buyer on my own. Never felt like I was getting taken advantage of.

This place is amazing! Bella and the team gave me a wonderful car, Gap insurance and an extended warranty! I wish all the car lots in Vegas delivered like this! Definitely getting my daughter her first car from here and I’m enjoying my new Infinity qx60!!!

First, I would like to say that everyone at this dealership is absolutely wonderful!!!! Very kind and nice! It was an absolute pleasure hanging out with everyone. I worked directly with Gabe and Henry and hands down, because of them, I will NOT buy a car anywhere else. They went above and beyond for me and helped me when my credit was less than perfect! Henry is super cool. I was so worried and he said he would get me in a car or he would quit today, lol. Well he got me into a beautiful 2018 Toyota Corolla so he still has his job guys, lol.
